Under the direction of the Manager of Installation Administration, receives sales orders for customer equipment installations, makes contact with customers to review configuration and verifies the orders for accuracy, and works with customer to reach consensus on an installation date. Coordinates installations by dispatching selected qualified installers. Utilizing PAR’s CRM system, updates shipment and installation dates to meet the customers' requirements. Manages workflow of all documents and information to allocated departments to ensure timely delivery of requirements in accordance with planned installation date. Monitors the order to ensure product is available and will ship to meet the scheduled installation. Works closely with a variety of contracted third party companies to coordinate all aspects of the POS system implementation.
Maintains constant communication between inter-departmental PAR personnel and customer before, during and after installation. Must be able to solve installation issues immediately when identified or escalate them to the correct department. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor. Contributes to the productive results of the work group by supporting and participating in continual improvement efforts.
