Duties may include screening calls, and visitors; reply to routine inquiries; arrange appointments; compose routine correspondence; relieve San Diego based executives of administrative and advanced clerical duties, including compiling data for analysis; schedule priorities; coordinate facilities issue resolution; assist Managers with new hires orientation; handle confidential information; attend meetings. Work in a team environment while participating as a team member focused on continuous improvement and total customer satisfaction.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Must be able to interface with customers and all PAR personnel utilizing extensive, tactful and discreet, as well as excellent, verbal and written communication skills.
