Insights and Planning
The Master Scheduler/Planner for ParTech, Inc. is a member of the Inventory Planning team and will oversee the Inventory Planning (forecasting and inventory) process. This is a hands-on position responsible for day-to-day execution of managing inventory levels and work order activity that will enable the company to meet sales, service objectives, and cash flow. Collaboration with other members of the supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and customer support teams is critical to achieve these sales and service objectives.

Duties may include planning and coordinating forecasting production requirements for the company.
Maintaining the MRP system.
Coordinating with Sales and Marketing functions in assessing production requirements and making production commitments.
Coordinating planning with planners and manufacturing personnel responsible for segments of manufacturing process.
Work closely within all levels of Supply Chain to coordinate material availability.
Analyzing capacity versus requirements and establishing lead times.
Provide inventory plan updates as required.
Providing production performance estimates and analyses of performance against plan.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Undergraduate degree in quantitative field required, plus a minimum of five (5) years in manufacturing operations environment, including at least three (3) years of production planning.
Certified Production and Inventory Management desirable.
Background in master scheduling, forecasting, procurement and planning.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX (preferred) or other ERP statistical software packages.
Knowledge of demand management/forecasting tools, forecasting processes in sales, marketing operations, finance, manufacturing and supply chain.
Good communication and Team building skills.
