Manager, Installation Services

Under the direction of the Director of Implementation Services, the Manager of Installations will drive strategy and lead a team of installations planners and technicians to activate PAR solutions in our customer’s place of business. This team is responsible for developing technician expertise in deploying PAR solutions and providing superior customer experience during the deployment process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage Installations Services solutions for new clients and new projects for existing clients.
  • Develop, communicate, and manage a smooth workflow within Installation Services and among other PAR departments including Sales Administration, the Project Management Office, Production Planning and Manufacturing.
  • Drive scalable process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives for the Installation Services team through the use of technology.
  • Drive revenue to meet department goals.
  • Provide leadership to the members of the Installations team, fostering individual growth and commitment to PAR Values.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continual improvement throughout the organization
  • Provide key metrics across all implementations and use the analytics to improve overall performance of the team and project execution.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience within industry may be acceptable. 
  • Experience delivering professional presentations and dealing with senior executives.
  • Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively work cross-functionally and as well as handle client escalations.
  • Ability to create an environment that supports high-performing teams; experience with the facilitation of high-performing teams.
  • Passion for coaching and developing a team of associates through an exemplary leadership style.
  • Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes.
  • Must be able to provide detailed information of a technical and at times, complex nature, in an understandable fashion to both internal and external audiences.
  • Communicate any training concerns or opportunities to management in a timely fashion.
  • Understand technology planning, implementation and impact on business.
  • Possess outstanding written and oral communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to manage increasing levels of responsibilities and customer relationships.
