PAR Technology is seeking qualified Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) to support our Restaurant / Retail business unit. As a strategic partner, the TAS will align recruitment and retention objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The incumbent will also serve a supporting role on Human Resource related initiatives. The TAS will assess and anticipate recruiting needs focused on the Restaurant POS Business. Additional recruiting support for other open positions within PAR. He or she will communicate needs proactively with the business management, and seek to develop integrated solutions. The TAS will formulate partnerships with the greater HR team to deliver value added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The successful incumbent will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, its mid range plans, its culture and its competition.
