Account Manager - SureCheck

  • Support and coordinate existing assigned customers’ needs with a primary goal of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with various internal PAR departments driving customer satisfaction.
  • Finance/Account on any billing issues
  • Repair on any PR issues or billing issues
  • HelpDesk on any support issues
  • Engineering on escalated issues status and updates
  • Finance, Operations & Planning and any new order information and communication
  • Sales Admin for new order or history communication
  • Shipping on any issues
  • Hold periodic custom meetings logging and acting on all open issues.
  • Maintain a Log on Sharepoint for each customer.  The log is a list of customer issues and opportunities with updates as required.  Each issue should include the date logged, the status of the issue, the priority, a description of the issue, and when it is closed. 
  • Build an optimal working relationship with key resources within the customer.
  • Fully understand customer’s expansion plans, budgets and purchasing procedures.
  • Drive new sales and new product sales into an existing account.
  • Provide price quotations for new sales into assigned accounts.
  • Monitor customer’s product usage to ensure there are no issues and allowing proactive attention to minimizing system usage.
  • Accountable for assigned accounts after formal handoff by Solution Architect group.



  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skill with MS Word, Excel and CRM systems
  • High degree of organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Sales skills
